RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you are welcome to return the desired items to us for a refund.

You have the right to cancel your purchase without justification within 30 days. The cancellation period begins on the day the order is received by you or another person at the delivery address. If you have chosen delivery to a Parcel Shop, the cancellation period starts from the day the order was delivered there.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and place a new order on our website.

RETURNING ITEMS & RETURN COSTS

If you have canceled your purchase, the item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

When returning an item, please include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice, or other proof of purchase.

Items cannot be sent cash on delivery (COD) or without home delivery. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as you are responsible for the package until we receive it. Keep your shipping receipt and any track & trace number as proof.
