RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At NORR, we want to make returns as easy as possible. We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order – applicable to both full-price and sale items.

How to return your order

1. Register your return online and download your QR code for the return label here:

2. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original NORR bag or packaging. Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and in their original condition.
   
   
3. Remove or cover any old labels on the parcel and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop by showing your QR code.

Return fee

Using our return label costs 29 DKK, which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Please remember to include the packing slip that came with your order.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For your own security, we recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return has been processed

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, your exchange will be processed as soon as we have received your return. You will receive a tracking number once the new item has been shipped. Please note that exchanges may be cancelled if the item is out of stock. In this case, the return will be processed as a standard refund.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize.
