Duties & Taxes
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU and Norway may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. NORR cannot control or estimate these fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Cancellations
We hope you’ll love your purchase – but if not, you are welcome to return one or more items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been received or proof of return is provided. Refunds are always issued via the original payment method.
Please note: If returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess them, a depreciation fee may apply.
Complaints & Faulty Items
All purchases are covered by a 24-month warranty. If an item is defective, we will repair or replace it. If neither option is possible, you may be eligible for a refund or a price reduction. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
