Shipping Costs

Within the EU
– Free shipping on orders over €99
– Orders below €99 will be added €12 in freight
– Delivery time: 2–4 working days

Outside the EU
– Norway, UK & Switzerland: €19
– USA, Canada & Australia: €35
– Delivery time: 3–5 working days

Duties & Taxes
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU and Norway may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. NORR cannot control or estimate these fees.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Cancellations

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, you are welcome to return one or more items.

Right to Cancel
You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. You then have 14 days to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Conditions
– Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
– Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice
– You are responsible for the package until we receive it
– Returns must be sent directly to our warehouse (parcel lockers or pickup points cannot be used)

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been received or proof of return is provided. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note: If items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess them, a depreciation fee may apply.

Complaints & Faulty Items

You have a 24-month warranty on all purchases. If an item is defective, we will repair or replace it. If neither is possible, you may receive a refund or a price reduction. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
