Free shipping on orders above 69 Euro 

Orders under 69 Euro

Germany: 9 Euro

Rest of EU: 12 Euro

Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days 

Norway, UK and Schweiz: 19 Euro

Rest of the World: 25 Euro 

Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days 

Once your package is sent, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code which you can use to track your package.

If this is not the case, you are welcome to return the item(s) you wish to be refunded.

Returns & Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order contains multiple items, you may return some or all of them. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note: Returns must be sent directly to our warehouse. It is not possible to return items to a parcel locker or service point, as we are unable to collect from these locations.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice. Items must be securely packaged, and you are responsible for the package until we receive it.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof of return. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, a depreciation fee may apply.

Complaints & Defective Items

You have a 24-month right to complain about defects. If an item is faulty, we will repair or replace it. If this is not possible, you may receive a refund or price reduction. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
